I have two consoles on the first floor and another console at the 7th floor so I have a total of three M2250 consoles. I have only one person answering the first floor console and would like the 7th floor secretary to help out and answer the console too. How do I do this? what are the programming needs? Help!

hey ace, what about it the "TENS" is not turned on? how do I know both consoles are getting incoming calls correctly? is there a time of day schedule for the consoles to be set at? or is it just plug the two-prong into the console and it should just work automatically?
That's it... If you unplug the headset the M2250 is in busy.
If all the M2250 are "switch off" then you will see Night in the display of all the M2250.
You can programm the nite destinations in LD15 in the NIT_DATA. You can print the NIT_DATA in LD21
