M2250 Attendant Console Reporting

Is there a way to get good detailed reports on 2250 consoles similar to ACD reports? We are considering changing them to M2616 phones and putting them in an ACD group but we lose some functionality this way. We have Telephony Manager 3.0 but the console reporting is more about the group as opposed to individual consoles. We want more detail on what each operator is doing from hour to hour. We have an Option 81C Release 25 operating in a hospitality environment.

Console Traffic isn't the best for individual reporting. Not sure it is worth changing to ACD, but if reports are crucial, that's what you'll need to do.

If you set up Traffic Analysis on your TM server, you can run reporting on the individual consoles.
The report is called Individual Customer console report.
