M1 / Option 11

Hi All:

Need your help as the past seems to elude me at my age. I have an option 11 .. Completely blank Database. I've done so many of these in the past but its been so many years. I'm using this as the means to set up a phone museum in my house and use the analog cards to power all of the phones. I need help setting this thing up. Can someone give me the order of the data entry that need to be performed. I have 1 PRI.

Also, the PRI can't use slot 10 in an Option 11C.
