Hi I have a Meridian Opt 11, we are in the process of migrating to a MITEL Voip system.

The voip system is up and running - but due to an b###s up no one had arranged for the main line number to be diverted to the new VOIP system number. Service provider is being stubborn - and says this could take up to 5 days to arrange.

I need help on a solution to divert all incomming calls from the consoles to the new external VOIP number. I though I could do this by putting the boards on night service having them forward to the new number , but I cant get this to work.

Any help on how to do this or another work around would be much appreciated.

Build an ACD using the main DNIS with NCFW to the new number. You will have to remove it from the console so it is a free number to do this.

Hi Tvir1

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately I'm still a bit of a novice - can you give me more info on how to do this?

Thanks

Out the nt the console is built on. Then take that main number and build it as an ACD in ld 23 (maxp 1). When you get to the NCFW prompt, enter the new main number and calls will ring in there.
