When trying to 'drip feed'machining files,stops after 21551
lines with MFC42.DLL error message.

That file is used by AOL I believe. Try putting a copy of it in the Windows\System folder or Winnt system32

I have heidenhain 360 controllers and they are all on a dnc
drip from a server, our problem was the controller memory
we could only hold 15000 lines of code so we kept the programs to less than 15000 lines.(hope your not cuttin molds)
