Lync Powershell - Logon Failed

I am trying to run a powershell script to enable a user (see below) I keep getting the error "Enable-CsUser : Login failed for user 'XXX\xxxxx'.
I am able to login to the management console with the user account and enable a user just fine. Any thoughts?

Update: just opened Powershell doing a "run as" and used the same account that is logged on the server and it worked fine.

If you add your account to the CsUserAdministrator group, you should be able to do this without having to use different credentials. See
