LYNC Integration on a MAC OS 1

I have a customer who has 10 executives running LYNC on a MAC OS appliance. We need the sign off of these guys to upgrade the IP Office to Server Edition and expand it out corporately. They are asking for Click to Call and telephony presence out of the LYNC clients running on a MAC OS.

Avaya's plug in is only supported on Windows

ESNA does not have a plug in on MAC

I have gone to RSI

Anyone know a solution to do this
