Does anyone happen to have a feature comparison chart that shows side-by-side advantages of AES (client-side integration) versus ACE (server-side integration) within a CM 5.2.1 environment?
We want to avoid deploying TWO communicator clients to the desktop (Lync versus One-X), and we desire the more seamless ACE experience which displays the Avaya Call Control ribbon directly appended to the bottom of the Lync communicator window.
There must be a feature list somewhere that itemizes the user-experience trade-offs between AES & ACE, but we haven't seen one yet. Our best thumbnail estimate for Lync integration is that ACE may only offer marginal user benefits over AES.
