lync client connexion error

Hi guys, need some help to troubleshoot a connection to the one-x server by the Lync 2013 client...

ipo r9.1
one-x 9.1
Lync server 2013
Lync client 2013 64bits
Lync client installed on win 8.1 Pro is X86 and on the one-x server it self is 2013 64 bits

I can logging to One-x portal no problem but from the lync client with the same login info im getting:
Error: Failed to connect to the server. Please ensure your account settings are correct. Otherwise please contact your administrator.

where should I start?

Seems like the server settings in Lync plugin config are wrong.

Look for IP address of one x portal server, port and whether an encrypted connection should be used or not.
 
if I put a wrong username or password, it tell me wrong username and password. so somewhere it is communicating with it.
If i out the right username and passwordm then it give me that error that a mentionned at the beginning...
first time im getting this and their is nothing on Avaya knowledge base or on the web about that issue.
i tried it on 2012R2, 2008 standard... dont know where to look anymore...
