Lync 2010 web plugin error on XP

Hi All

When installing the lync 2010 plugin from outlook 2010 it's unable to write to HKU\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\userSID\.....
The user has no permission to this key....with citrix


could I write a logon scrip that allocates permission to that key when they log on??????
