LX Java Error

Hi, Guys

When I want to login to "Messaging" in LX today. A error display:
could not connect to: 127.0.0.1
reson: java.net. connectexception: connection refused:connent.

I think it is Java problem. Is someone can tell me how to repair it.Now I can't admin messaging system.
