How can I go about doing this?

It appears something has happened to disk /dev/dsk/c0t13d0, which belongs to the vg, but is no longer available.

Does an ioscan -fnCdisk show it on the system, or has it failed.

You could try using vgreduce to remove c0t13d0 from the volume group. Then use vgremove to remove the vol group. If the disk is not available, not sure if this will work.

If the disk is available (at least to the system) use vgcfgrestore to try and rebuild the lvm info onto it, and then remove as above.

If your getting rid of the system though why bother, pop the disks out and destroy separately.
