LVM Greeting Utility

I'm trying to convert wav files using the LVM Greeting Utility for an auto-attendant.

The wav files are of the correct format seeing as I can use them in a voicemail pro.

Everytime I try to convert the file it says : Errors in conversion- please see the output.log file. Where can I find this file ? What am I missing ?

Im using an IP Office 500 V2 9.1.6. I'm trying to convert the file into .c11 G711.

The error log file is in the working directory of the LVMGreeting program "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\LVMGreeting"
Problem might be that the software did not run as Administrator, left click "LVMGreeting.exe" and set "Run as Administrator".
