LVM Greetin Utility - anybody succesfully done this

I have used the utility to convert the file to
customwav.c11, it is a 406 v2 and uses the g711 format.

All the files on the card are c11 files so im thinking this is correct.

I have dropped the file on the root of the card, i have also dropped it into the lvm folder, i have also dropped it into the eng folder.

Should i see the recording name in the drop down box in manager because i aint.

If i type it manually it also doesnt work.

It is trying to do something because there was a custom greeting recorded through the handset before, that has gone and its just clicking at me.

Folder is LVMAIL\AAG.

Manager dropdown is just a list of previously used file names Manager knows about, not actual files names found on the Compact Flash card.

Id would like to state right here that i did read the manual. I read the knowledge base which does not say that bit until you actually go into the actual pdf.

And as for that taker character, i am his manual. He may now say that that manual (me) is not very good so i have left myself right open here because he is a switched on bloke.

They are usually the worst though, the ones who know what they are talking about.
