LV mounts 2

Last week on out p650, the vendor came in to upgrade the SAN it was attached to, and switch from direct attached to switch attached. During this upgrade issues eventually led to us rebooting the machine and causing ghost drives to appear. This also caused the VG with the application and databases not to mount.
After working with diferent support people, the vendor was able to get the VG to mount with the correct disks, but the Logical Volumes would not mount, they stayed in a closed/synced state. I ended up force mounting these logical volumes, and was able to get the application and databases online.
My question is, if I need to reboot this machine again, will I need to manually mount the LVs, or will they now mount automatically?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

Explain force mounting please

If you mean you had to manually mount the FileSystems, then: depends on whether the VG can be varied on at boot time (automatically), and whether the filesystems are auto-mount or not.

p5wizard, thanks for the reply.
Yes, I'm sorry, I manually mounted the file systems with the force option.
How can I check to see if the file systems are auto-mount or not?

in /etc/filesystems -> if you can find "mount = true" for your filesystem,it's automount

RMBELGIUM, thanks for the response.
I actually went through smit to make sure the file systems that did not mount are now set to auto mount. I will use your advice to verify my changes.

If they're auto-mount in smit, then they're auto-mount in /etc/filesystems (same data, different view).
