Our office is using an 824 system. At lunch time I have programmed the system to automatically show lunch for a service mode. I also manually change the atdt setting to not available during the lunch hour. I have all of the lines set with the prime being DN231. I also only have one control point that also being 231. DN221 is programmed not to ring on any line except line 5. Every day at lunch, line one will ring at 221. It only happens while the service mode is set for lunch. What have I missed in the programming that is causing line one to ring at 221 and only at lunch time? Regards, Joe

It appears you want DN231 to ring w/ all lines during lunch except line 5. If that is the case then you need to keep line 1 in that group. If not then you want to do as Curly says.
You might want to make sure that DN221 isn't a member of that group or your extra dial set in lunch mode.
