Lucent WinModem and caller ID

I'd like to run a caller ID app on my PC running WinXP.
My modem is a Lucent WinModem.
Is this possible, and can anyone recommend a caller ID app?
Preferably a free one since I'm a cheapskate.

Try VentaFax & Voice ( The main features concerning this subject:
- the black-list and white-list directories
- phone number pronunciation
- answering machine parameters redefinition
- caller data display
