Lucent Stinger Help

I am trying to connect to my Lucent Stinger control module card through a HyperTerminal Session. However, I only have user permissions and I have no idea what the admin password for the system is. Is there a way to reset the control module to factory defaults? Thanks.

Good luck I had to send one back to the factory un knowen password, I had lucent tech on line and thay said I had to send it back.
