Coming to the Lucent from an Aspect background and having had little exposure to the Lucent Definity ACD, what are the main differeneces when attempting to add a Lucent Definity to an existing Intelligent Call\Contact Manager platform? Plenty of experience of the I.C.M. (circa three years) but adding a Lucent ACD is a new one on me.
Any web sites I should visit about this? Any good on-line guides that you would recommend?
