Lucent DDM-2000 software

I have a legacy Lucent DDM-2000 OC-12 system I would like to get working. I know it's a device from the past, but hoping to find some fiberReach software for this system. When I power up the device the main sysctl BBG8B card shows a 'd' letter in the seven segment display which seems to indicate that the ohctl BCP4 card doesn't have a software load or is not the same software release as the Sysctl card. If anyone has software or knows someone that may have worked on this system that may have this software please let me know. I would appreciate any information about this system and software.
