Lucent Cellpipe 50A config

Working with a Lucent Cellpipe 50A that has been working fine for about a year, but the current ISP is going under and switching to SBC with static IP's. I have changed the Ip numbers, as well as the gateway, netmask, DNS numbers, but I get no connection on the new line. Any suggestions on re-configuring this router? SBC offers no support for it, I can reload the saved config and it still works on the old line, but not the new. Had the line checked and it is good.

Perhaps your Cellpipe is not compatible with SBC's DSlam. Your line may not be able to train properly. Have you checked that part yet?
