I am not sure if anyone out here is using Lucent Bricks for their firewalls, but I could use some help. We have several firewalls that are losing connections with the management server. The LSMS cannot see the brick and cannot retrieve logs from the brick, but the VPN's are up and the other technology can go through the VPN and retrieve their logs. Why are the bricks losing contact? As soon as I rehome, the bricks immediately show back up again but then will drop again soon. THere is only one port tcp/9000 that reports and all the firewalls and routers permit this port. WEIRD!!!
