Lucent/Avaya 650A Power Supply

I am working on a Lucent/Avaya Definity dual cabinet configuration. The red "Fan or Power Failure" light is on the B cabinet and needs to be replaced. I have noticed on the power supply/fan modules, the model# and a "S4 : x" on the latch. In cabinet A, the module is a "650A / S4 : 1B". In cabinet B, the module is a "650A /S4 : 2". The replacement part that was sent to me is a "650A / S4 : 3". What does the "S4 : x" signify? Is it a revision/release #? Can these modules be installed into any cabinet or are they specific to a certain cabinet? Thanks!

If your talking about power supplies in the G650 CMC, they can go into either side.
