LU 1845 error --- Worm protection signature update??? 2

Hi everyone... I have loaded Norton Internet Security twice now from there server and still cannot stop this LU 1845 error --- Worm protection signature update error from happening. It says "This producted was not updated due to a processing error". Can anyone tell me whats going on? Thanks in advance.....
