LU 1845 error --- Worm protection signature update. Cannot get rid of

Hi everyone... I have loaded Norton Internet Security twice now from there server and still cannot stop this LU 1845 error --- Worm protection signature update error from happening. It says "This producted was not updated due to a processing error". I have gone to the web site and run the system check that they advise and its says it cannot find a problem.
What do I do now?

Try going to

http://www.symantec.com

and download and install the latest version of live update. See if that helps. Also make sure when doing the update that you have admin permissions and not limited user account.
