LTRIM, RTRIM 2

Is there an equivalent for LTRIM and RTRIM in teradata
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
LTrim -> trim(trailing from col)
RTrim -> trim(leading from col)

To be a bit more elaborate ;-)

And Trim is Standard SQL, whereas LTrim/RTrim isn't...
