Hi, all
I'm using Netbackup 3.4 with OverLand LTO library (4 x Drives) connected with fiber. The library always prompt alarm alert "Fault Code 3015 (Soft) Drive Timeout Failure" when I press the resume button, it prompt "Fault Code 3075 (Soft) Drive 1 Eject Failed" the tape still loaded in the concerned drive with status "Busy" it cannot eject by manual until power OFF & ON the library and the status will change to "loaded". The fault symptom always occued in 4 drives in random
When this fault occured, it always affected other drives to make them "hang up" with the /var/adm messages as below
[ID 306692 daemon.error] TLD(1) transport read_element_status error, CHECK CONDITION
[ID 239398 daemon.error] TLD(1) key = 0x0, asc = 0x0, ascq = 0x0, NO ADDITIONAL SENSE INFORMATION
Is the fault cause of H/W or S/W?
Any time setting for tape eject?
Pls suggest....Thanks
