LTE5400 Press F10 to Continue does npt work

I have a LTE5400 that I believe goes through the POST fine. Then it says press F10 to go to the system config. I can press F10 or any other key and cannot get it to respond. I have tried an external keyboard and it does the same. When it goes through the POST the external keyboard's Num lock key flashes but that's all I get. Any suggestions? New motherboard time?

What do you have in this server? Do you have a Remote Insight Board? Do you have a KVM switch attached externally to the server or is the keyboard directly connected to the server? Does the Keyboard work within the Operating System? What exact Keyboard is this?

Please get me these answers and hopefully I can try to get you some answers quick.

In the mean time you may want to try the firmware flash on the system board and see if the issue is resolved. If you are connected to a KVM switch attach a keyboard directly to the server. If you have a Remote Insight Board try attaching directly to the system and see if you make any progress. This is a Firmware issue and if a BIOS flash doesn't take care of the issue you will need a new system board.
