<title> tag within frames

I have a frame set up within a page.
When I move between pages in the frame I want the <title> of the container page to change - such that when I'm in page 1 within the 'frame' the title (along window panel at top and in taskbar) reads 'Page 1', when in page 2 the title reads 'Page 2'.
I'm guessing that this is easily done but I can't think how to do it.
Any advice would be appreciated.
