<title> in Dreamweaver MX 2004 Template 1

For some reason the new dreamweaver MX 2004 Does not carry the title on your template into your pages... and as if that is not crazy enough, you cannot edit the title tag from within your pages.

I heard there was some parameters you had to set up within the template.. anyone know anything about this?

open the The template (.dwt) and place the editable region by (DW help file):
To define an editable template region:
In the Document window, do one of the following to select the region:
Select the text or content that you want to set as an editable region.
Place the insertion point where you want to insert an editable region.
Do one of the following to insert an editable region:
Choose Insert > Template Objects > New Editable Region.
Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh) the selected text or object, and choose New Editable Region from the context menu.
In the Insert bar, select Templates, then click the Editable Region button.
The Editable Region dialog box appears.

use this method and just place the region arround the title producing:
