<no access> on print

hello all...having a bit of an issue when tring to print on a restricted account...the password is set to allow print and create new records and that is all but when the print button on file menu or the print button(script created for a print button on file) is hit all the fileds print out with <no access>...it is set to print current record ...is there something i am missing here or do i need to open up access a little bit...what i am trying to do is keep a rep. from viewing previous files that where created by another rep. on the same database ....thanks for any help in this matter..darren
