Hi,

We are having a problem with our Access 97 program. It seems that perhaps the computer was left on and we had a power failure. Anyways, the message we are getting is:

<Index name> isn't an index in this table. Look in the Indexes collection of the TableDef object to determine the valid index names. (Error 3015. The problem is that I know we have to reindex, but it won't let us in the program to do so. Any suggestions.

Thanks,

see if there is a .idb file for the main access file that is corrupt, rename this .idb file and try it then.

Can you see in the file if you create another access file and import the table and contents out of it?

Have you tried opening it with a later version of access.

Hope this helps.
