<> relation and integer

i am trying to use the <> relation and i am getting an error saying that this cannot be used with an integer. any idea why i'm getting this error. i use the same exact calculation in another report and it works fine? any help would be great.

U could be relating with 2 different data types..
Check that first in all ways and try again.
