When i send the same email to the same person at the same emaail address from my gmail, hotmail, bt account, it goes through no problem. We have a standard install of SBS2003. This is the only domain that we cannot send to, i have made sure that we are not on any blacklist.

Any help most appreciated.

Many Thanks

Can you resolve the MX record of the recipient system? If no, check this article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;828263

dnscmd /config /enableednsprobes 0

If you can resolve the MX record, try to manually send a message through a telnet session. See this article http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;286421 These directions are valid for most mail systems.

If your connection gets dropped, then you have starting point for your troubleshooting.
