On my simple verity search I display 10 results per page. It works fine until I put in search criteria with quote marks around it. When I do that and click next ten it causes an error. The error is due to the fact that when I pass the search variable back it sees the string as ""str"". When it sees the first two quotes, it passes an empty string and results in an error. If I take the quotes off when I pass it I run into a problem that if I have an search string like "john" AND "bob", it cuts off AND "bob". How can I pass a string with quotes? I tried using single quotes and it does not work.
Thanks
George

I figured out how to do it. I needed to use the "#htmleditformat(variable)#" function and then it worked fine.
