I have a VB program that uses Crystal Reports to open a FoxPro 2.5 table to get data and create a report. This worked until they upgraded from CR 5 to 8.5. Now Crystal will not open the database. Both Crystal and FoxPro are working fine separately, just not together. Updating FoxPro is not an option. Does anyone know how to get these to work together?

I believe the new Crystal Reports uses ODBC to access FoxPro (including VFP) tables. You may want to try and convince CR that these tables are dBase III tables, or update the ODBC driver - (Note: I may be wrong - I don't use CR, this information is based on what I've read written by others.)
