<asp:Table > - Horrible in FireFox

I wrote an app using <asp:table...> in IE it looks great, it FireFox it looks like crap. Is there some Code I can write to fix this? OR should I just use the standard <table>?

Actaully now that I look at it, I think it is a CSS issue. I will post in there as well.

If you can offer any assistance, that would be great.
 
Yes, it is a CSS issue as from the above I assume you are using tables in a manner that they were not meant for; page layout.

If you are simply using a table for it's intended use (displaying tabular data) then you won't have many problems regardless of the browser...

I understand... So are you saying that I should go tableless? I was always fearfull of that? Is that something easy to do?
 
It does have a bit of a learning curve to start with with, but it's definately something that you should learn and you won't go back on it once you have. If you do get any problems then the HTML/CSS forum members will help you.
