Lt 2006 Palettes Creation Problem

I have been working on creating several palettes today. I have two monitors and had two AutoCad windows open. Using one for referencing information and the other to creat the palettes. When I closed AutoCad, I closed the window I was creating the palettes first and then closed the reference window. When I opened AutoCad again I didn't have my new palettes. I did fine the .atc files in the palette folder for the new palettes, but how do I get them loaded again?
