LSP Question

We have S8500 at HQ, & recently we got S8300 / G700 for three more branches,

when we checked the license it is only opned for LSP not standalone,

I am some lot of confusion on LSP,

we are conecting only Digital & Analog phones on s8300 / G700.

1.when link goes down weather LSP will take over immdiately
2.LSP lost the conection with s8500 that time LSP will reboot.
3.when link comes up LSP automatically switch back to main server,with out cutting of calls.

how many times lsp will reboot,is this is the good solution to have or can we go for stand alone license.
