LSM not copying files after PDC was upgraded

Any help with this would be appreciated.....

Recently I had the need to upgrade my PDC for my Windows NT 4 domain to a larger machine. To complete the upgrade....a new machine was built as a BDC....then promoted to PDC.....also...in order to minimize any issues with having the PDC under a new machine name the new PDC was re-named to have old PDC name and IP address.....

all was smooth and there wre no domain issues at all....

Ever since that time SMS Logon points are not being updated properly.......looking at the log file....no files are being copied at all

When the new PDC was created....the SMSlogon share was created....and it appears to have all the appropriate CFG files for each site in the SMS hierartchy.....however in the SMSLOGON\SITES folder two secondary sites are missing

forcing an LSM update does not copy any files to any other logon point.......does anyone have any idea what might be happening?

any thoughts would be appreciated.

Trying changing the SMS Logon Points update period to 1 hour on the two SMS sites in the Client Installation section. NT Logon Discovery -- enabled, Domain defined and on second table set the update parameter.
