LSI Engenio 2882,2880

Hello All,
I Seem to have an issue when I connect my LSI Engenio 2882,2880 to hyper terminal with a db-9 PIN SERIAL CABLE. I can read the controllers but I can't access the shell with the password that was given to me. Does anyone have default password I might be able to try and access the shell.
