Lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly

On a Win2k Server (domain controller) I get the following Error:

Lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819
Windows will reboot in 1 minute

Note (This only happens when connected to network
with Kerberos Service is running)

I researched at Microsoft, Google, Tek-Tips etc and did the following:

Downloaded all windows updates from another PC to CD
Did all updates from CD up to svc pack 4
Ran Windows2000-KB891861-v2-x86-ENU.EXE special security update

Ran McAfee and TrendMicro
Checked for Blaster worm
Ran Sasser worm remover

And the problem still exists

Any and all thoughts welcome

I would use KERBTRAY (resource kit utility) to delete the Kerberos certificates. They will auto-regenerate. A corrupt cert could cause this.
