Help,

i have a sbs server constantly looping, safe mode, last known good wont get me past this problem.

I think it could be a virus, but can't get into the box to have a search.. any ideas?

Sounds like the server could be infected with Sasser worm. When you say looping are you getting a message that states something to the fact that a problem was detected and the system will reboot in 60 seconds.

Sounds like Sasser. In the past what I had done was setup a bootdisk with NTFSDOS on it and then run McAfee's Stinger tool You could use something like Bart's CD in combination with the stinger tool.
