lsass.exe error NOT virus

win 2k sp4 sql 2k I have a new error on this server when I boot and logon to the domain I get the infamous lsass.exe shutdown in 60 second’s error message can log on locally but when I log on to AD get this error every other time I logon? When I can get in it runs very very slow definitely NOT virus have change nothing except upgraded memory a awhile back

There has to be something interfering... Do this.

Open regedit and browse to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices

Post the results of these keys here so we can take a look. Be very careful of the spelling and syntax.
