LSA SHELL VIRUS HELP!

Hi I have this error message that comes up as soon as windows loads sayin

LSA Shell (Export Version) has an error then moments later a shutdown box appears i got past tht with the shutdown /a on run and downloadedand installed msblast windows patches but to no avail.....now when i try to load task manager it flickers up briefly then dissappears the same with trying to run regedit and delete any suspicious files in the registry.I dont know to much about computers but i really need help!!

I re-installed windows but it was still there and for some reason i cant format my C drive theres a message coming up saying i neeed to check for programs running and if the C drive is open...neither of which are happening any help would be well appreciated

The LSA Shell is used by the Sasser virus (rather than Blaster), so get the appropriate patches for it.
