Can someone explain to me the differences in an LS/DS Trunk Card and a DS Trunk Card?

Thanks!

I think it was pretty much just labeling. The LS/DS is a loop Start card with disconnect supervision and the DS card was the same thing. anyone have anything to add.

If I remember right it was the DS then the LS/DS then the CLID.

NT7B75GB & NT5B40 •LS (Loop Start)/DS (Disconnect Supervision) trunk cartridges have Disconnect Supervision and are labeled with "DS" on the faceplate

NT7B69AAAA Nortel Global Analog Trunk Card LS/DS

The older NT5B40 DS trunk cards won't slide into a CICS or MICS control cabinet as they are not notched on the corners like the later release LS/DS and CI trunk cards. I have made them fit by using a dremel to shave off the corners, and they will then work fine in the CICS or MICS.
