Dear Experts,
I am facing a problem that need your help.
My MD110 version is:
VERSION=LZYR2010072/3/V99/980121/P1A.
After power on, It indicated 3120 Code on the LPU display.
I could not connect to it by WinFiol so I really did not what is meaning.
Could you please tell me what is happening with my equipment?
Thank you so much for your support.
Best regards,

Dear enktr,

Hi!

Your system is very old! Your softvare Bc3 or Bc5.
Have you check IOU card and QDLE PC, QDLE cabel, BSU, SSU cards and cables. QDLE PC is working?

Peter

On initial power-up, 3120 is not necessarily bad......I have to see if I can dig up a manual for BC6 (still BSU/SSU's).

When all other conditions are normal, the LPU display should show 3X00 with the x corresponding to the number of DSU's or SSU's the LPU sees. After a period, the 00 should change to 10 then 20......the "20" is essentially the LIM talking to LIM 1.

The 3X may still be on the display for awhile but should eventually disappear. If the display changed to 2020, then there is a PCM link problem and the remote LIM cannot contact LIM 1.

If LIM 1 sees the remote LIM the display on the remote will change to 30, and then 40 when it receives the load order.

If the display on the remote LIM stays on "20" with no other numbers, then LIM 1 is not answering because it is likely stuck in the de-isolation routine. I have seen this after momentary power interruptions on the remote end.

The only way to get LIM 1 "unstuck" is to poke it.....there are other ways, but for your your level, they don't exist.

If your remote LIM has taken a lot of power hits, you should also check the outputs on all the power boards in that LIM.

If this is a stand-alone system, you may have a bad LPU.

Good luck,

Dave Strang

Dear Peter and Dave Strang,
Thank you so much for your reply.
Our equipment include LIM1 and LIM2.
If one of them is restart first, that will be 20 and the rest one will be 3120.
Unfortunately, the QDLE PC was trouble, it's hardisk was broken.
I thought that the program code was lost.
I intend to reload it but there is not this program.
Could you tell me where i can find it reloading to my equipment?
Best regards,
Quoc Viet
