LPK_TOOL.EXE for active-x licencing needed

Hi
I need the LPK_TOOL.EXE which is shiped with visual basic 6.0Professional and Enterprice,the ActiveX Software Developer's Kit (SDK)(not avaliable anymore) and as far as I know also with other Visual Studio products.
Could someone please send it to me?

You should also get it with the Inet SDK, which you may still be able to download from MS
