I have looked thru LD 11 and I thought if I made lpk=4 (line preference key) The user could lift the handset and line/key 4 would give dialtone? I recently rebuilt this as an ACD phone, will it not work on ACD phones? When i looked through the CLS prompts the only associated things i saw were IRA NIA OLA.
A related question if i may is... what feature allows you to answer any ringing line on your phone, by just lifting the handset.

Thank you for your help.

you have it right, you have ola in cls too right

I dont know why it wld though, it looks like you should be able to pick up 2 and 4

Mato' Was'aka

using a headset too for acd? the on-hook default path setting on the set itself might be jacking it up.

Mato' Was'aka

No headset.
Its was grabbing key 2 not key 4, i swithced the keys in programming,so im getting the user to grab their prime dn now but shouldnt lpk =4 grab key 4 when you lift the handset?

it is a range, however, it may not ride past feature keys, in your case, the obv key. if you move it, it should p/u between 2-4, or how applicable from 0-4 if they were all DNs

Thank you, I rebuilt it differently and put the DN I wanted to use on key 2 and it works fine.

Thank you for your help !!!!
