LPAR's on JS20

does anyone know how to setup/install LPAR's on JS20 blade center.i need to created three lpar's on it .

Please can anyone give guide me as i did some research it says virtualization is nt supported on JS20 so can any one give me guide lines as how to create LPAR's on JS20?
